Successfully finished day three of my vegetarian journey! (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ It’s been a little challenging but I feel v strong and in control of all the things around me. Idk if I can say I feel a physical difference already but my body feels good and content, ya know? I’m a little worried that my weight is going to drop drastically which is why I’ve hesitated so long on going veg. But I plan on investing in different vitamins and protein supplements to help me out with that real soon. And I’ve been stuffing my face with veggies and fruit like crazy. I’ve always been really into challenging myself with unconventional obstacles such as this one and I think this will be really good for me. A lesson of control.
